Terms of Service
Last updated August 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of DeepScope, a research product by Royal Bengal AI. They cover what the Service does, how you may use it, billing, and the limits of what we promise. Please read them, along with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Royal Bengal AI (“DeepScope”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the DeepScope website, application, and API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What DeepScope does
DeepScope produces research reports, business profiles, and person and market research, generated by automated agents from public and licensed sources. Each report reflects what those sources said at the time of the run. The Service is a research aid; it is not a substitute for your own judgment, verification, or professional advice.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and API keys secret, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at support@royalbengal.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or API keys.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
- research a person without a lawful basis for doing so, or to harass, stalk, intimidate, or endanger anyone;
- make decisions about a person’s eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any similar benefit. DeepScope is not a consumer reporting agency, its reports are not consumer reports, and you may not use them for any purpose regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws;
- attempt to breach security, probe or scan the Service, or circumvent its limits or access controls;
- resell or redistribute the Service or its output as your own competing research product;
- overload the Service, or use it to send spam or malware.
You are responsible for how you use the reports DeepScope produces, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and plan limits are shown before you subscribe. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and unused runs do not carry over. We may change prices or plans on reasonable notice; a change does not affect the period you have already paid for.
6. Your content and our results
You keep ownership of the inputs you submit. You grant us the limited right to use them to operate the Service and produce your results. You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit.
Subject to these Terms and your payment, the reports the Service generates for you are yours to use for your own lawful purposes. Underlying facts and public sources are not owned by anyone by virtue of appearing in a report.
7. Accuracy and no warranty
DeepScope’s reports are generated automatically from public signal and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. We design the Service to state what it could not verify rather than invent it, but we do not guarantee that any report is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for hosting, payments, sign-in, and the AI and data sources it draws on) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepScope and Royal Bengal AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DeepScope and Royal Bengal AI harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as accuracy, liability, and indemnity) will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where your local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
